<p>From time to time I’ll be addressing workout excuses. WHY? Because I’ve heard them all. SO, go ahead, throw an excuse at me and I’ll give it the “KA-POW &#8211; BEAT DOWN”!!!</p>
<p><strong>EXCUSE # 1: “Exercise is boring”</strong> <em>If I could reach my hand through this computer and slap you, I would.</em> There are literally thousands of ways to workout. There are millions of workout videos and tons of classes. I live NYC, so I’m a little spoiled. But no matter where you are, there are ways to make things more interesting. Find a group of like- minded people and nominate someone to determine the workout of the week. Change it up! It’s up to YOU to make it fun. Write me at REVOLUTION@hollyrilinger.com &amp; I’ll create a new workout for your group OR create one and send it to me to share with our community!!</p>
<p><strong>EXCUSE #2: “I’m too tired.”</strong> <em>Really? Well, of course you are.</em> When you don’t work out you are more tired ALL THE TIME. Your body releases endorphines when you work out- the FEEL GOOD kind. It may help to workout in the morning when your energy is higher, rather than after a day’s work. If you can’t get it going in the morning, JUST MAKE IT TO A WORKOUT. Once you get moving you will feel more energy, I PROMISE. Nothing is easy at the beginning&#8230;and I mean nothing. Decide that you are going to work through the discomfort because it WILL get better.</p>

infusing it with an underground dance party. The lights go out. The DJ comes on.<br />
Step up to your mat. Start to move your body. Sweat. Reach. Push. Lose yourself in<br />
the workout. After the one hour workout, you’ll kick the mats to the side, grab a drink<br />
and DANCE.</p>
<p>Get ready for a 60 minute intense workout followed by a party.</p>

Years, months, weeks, days seem to shrink faster than Holly’s Flywheel classes fill up! Where have these long hours taking care of nothing but myself gone?</p>
<p>A few months ago I did something I had never done before: I signed up for Holly’s Destination Training Camp. Or rather I signed up of a five-day Tulum, Mexico vacation by and for myself, five days away, not even for work! Five days of sport, sun, sea, girls and pampering. Five days of no meeting to attend, no children to keep from drowning, barely any email to check.</p>
<p>What sounded like paradise turned out to be just that. A beautiful hotel on a picturesque beach, complete with the most stunning yoga studio, huge rooms and delicious food; a really lovely group of women, all smart, beautiful, funny, full of energy, so different from one another and yet so similar at the same time. Together we worked out, laughed, sweat, breathed, ate, drank, sunbathed, snorkeled, ran, slept early, rose with the sun, suffered sore muscles, got massages, cheated on our no-carbs diet, relaxed and just really, truly recharged our batteries.</p>
<p>This trip was a very welcome break, an oasis in a life that tends to be too fast, too full, too exhausting. Holly, with her contagious energy and huge heart – if you have ever seen Holly’s arms, thighs and abs, you can just start to imagine the size of her heart – brought us together and kept us together, bringing the best out of everyone, like the single secret ingredient that makes an otherwise average dish suddenly worthy of three Michelin stars – no carbs of course!</p>

Bring a mat, towel and bottled water.</p>

<p><strong>Is a heart rate monitor required?</strong><br />
A heart rate monitor is not required, but if you have one, by all means bring it.  It&#8217;s a great tool to monitor and record progress.</p>

<p><strong>I&#8217;m an experienced athlete and super fit, is Training Camp going to be challenging enough for me?</strong><br />
You will definitely be challenged.  The class attracts elite athletes in many disciplines and Training Camp trainers will see that you are both challenged and progressing.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>I&#8217;m overweight and self conscious, will there be others in the class like me?</strong><br />
Don&#8217;t be self conscious.  You will be amazed at the camaraderie and support you will get from the rest of the TEAM.  Everyone comes to Training Camp to progress.  Be prepared to see your body change.  You are going to lose weight and feel great.</p>

<p><strong>What is the typical age at Training Camp?</strong><br />
Training Camp welcomes all ages.  We have had clients ranging from 25 to 60.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Are there changing facilities or rest rooms available?</strong><br />
Yes, there are public facilities near the Training Camp sites.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What kind of results can I expect?</strong><br />
You can expect to lose weight, tone up, and feel great.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>How many participants in each class?</strong><br />
Class size is limited to 20.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What if there isn&#8217;t a Training Camp in my neighborhood?</strong><br />
The minimum size in a class is 10.  If there is enough interest we will expand the League!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What if I have a specific injury and can&#8217;t perform a certain exercise?</strong><br />
The trainers are highly qualified and know exactly how to modify or substitute an exercise that would be more appropriate for you.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What about inclement weather?</strong><br />
GAME ON rain or shine!!!  In the event of catastrophic weather, you will receive a text or call 30 minutes before the camp.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Is there a safe place to store my backpack or purse?</strong><br />
There will always be someone watching the bags, but its best not to bring valuables to the workouts.</p>
