What should i wear and bring to Training Camp on the first day?
Bring a mat, towel and bottled water.
Is a heart rate monitor required?
A heart rate monitor is not required, but if you have one, by all means bring it. It’s a great tool to monitor and record progress.
I’m an experienced athlete and super fit, is Training Camp going to be challenging enough for me?
You will definitely be challenged. The class attracts elite athletes in many disciplines and Training Camp trainers will see that you are both challenged and progressing.
I’m overweight and self conscious, will there be others in the class like me?
Don’t be self conscious. You will be amazed at the camaraderie and support you will get from the rest of the TEAM. Everyone comes to Training Camp to progress. Be prepared to see your body change. You are going to lose weight and feel great.
What is the typical age at Training Camp?
Training Camp welcomes all ages. We have had clients ranging from 25 to 60.
Are there changing facilities or rest rooms available?
Yes, there are public facilities near the Training Camp sites.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect to lose weight, tone up, and feel great.
How many participants in each class?
Class size is limited to 20.
What if there isn’t a Training Camp in my neighborhood?
The minimum size in a class is 10. If there is enough interest we will expand the League!
What if I have a specific injury and can’t perform a certain exercise?
The trainers are highly qualified and know exactly how to modify or substitute an exercise that would be more appropriate for you.
What about inclement weather?
GAME ON rain or shine!!! In the event of catastrophic weather, you will receive a text or call 30 minutes before the camp.
Is there a safe place to store my backpack or purse?
There will always be someone watching the bags, but its best not to bring valuables to the workouts.
