Training Camp About

TRAINING CAMP is a transformational fitness experience that consists of one-hour sessions.  When we control our thoughts, surround ourselves with positivity, and make empowering decisions, we set ourselves up for lives filled with passion. July Training Camp’s first session kicks off on Tuesday, July 2nd, and will meet Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for a total of 3 sessions. Single sessions are also available. Choose from one of the following times/locations:

• 8:30am at 89 Clay Pit Road

Each session you will meet with your team and challenge each other to break through your self-imposed limitations and get in YOUR best shape. At the onset of Training Camp, you will participate in a series of fitness tests, set goals, and then work throughout the month to reach those goals. You can expect interval training, body weight resistance exercises, core conditioning, agility/speed work and a variety of fun relay and partner drills. You can also expect visualization and goal-setting exercises, along with the signature “clapping and dancing sections.”

Holly Rilinger has modeled this fitness program after the
many preseason training periods she participated in as both a
collegiate and professional athlete. These sessions helped her
get in GAME SHAPE and compete at an elite level. Holly has
modified her workouts to help people of all fitness levels and
ages get in their best shape while having FUN. Holly strives to
inspire the same mindset and passion that drove her to be a pro
basketball player at 5’4. It’s heart and desire that bring us to
our destination. It’s the belief that, no matter what, we will push
through and MAKE IT. It’s that fire in your soul that wakes you
up in the morning and keeps you up at night saying, “I deserve
this and I will BE THIS”. Holly is committed to helping you
awaken that part of yourself.

At the onset of Training Camp, you will receive an HRF Dream
Book. In this book you will set goals, create mini-dream
boards and keep track of your nutrition. This camp is not
just about getting in great shape, it’s about being happy and
creating the life of your dreams.
